The Fenland Roaster provides high quality, great value wedding catering from our base near Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. We like to think of our style as ‘social catering’ with a friendly, slightly informal feel to what we do. 

This approach is really popular at the moment, with many people wanting to shape their wedding to their own style, rather than be stuck with a venue’s standard (and often very expensive!) catering service.

Classic hog roast menu. When we started our business specialising in hog roasts we knew it could work for weddings, so we’ve been delighted to see just how popular it’s become. The combination of a whole roasted pork with apple sauce, stuffing and fresh bread rolls is always a hit with wedding guests.

Classic BBQ menu. As with the hog roast, a BBQ isn’t the most traditional of wedding catering options but it really works. We offer quality gourmet burgers, butcher’s sausages and chicken kebab skewers as standard with other options available. Gammon steaks, pork steaks and veg skewers.

Vegetarian options. Roasted veg tartlets and Mediterranean roasted vegetables are two of our specials, but we always have other options available.  Other options include Stuffed peppers, Veg Wellington, poached salmon.

Choice of optional sides. New, baked or roast potatoes, homemade coleslaw, salsa and homemade salads, including fresh garden salad, crunchy veg salad with yoghurt and mint, pasta salad, and roasted veg and rice salad.

Finishing touches. popcorn machine, traditional ice cream cart. Tea and coffee

Plates and cutlery. Can be arracnged ar hire cost

Service options. A carvery service is usually chosen by our wedding customers.

Every wedding we cater for is different, so we prefer to provide bespoke quotations for every enquiry we receive. Prices typically range from £15 to £30.00 per head plus VAT
